An Ashbourne company has won an award reflecting its excellent customer service skills.
Webb Development, established 18 years ago by Jon and Rosemary Webb, won in the Excellence in Customer Service Category at the 2008 Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber Awards.
The company offers a range of professional business services including facilitation, management coaching, and personal and team development. The company’s expertise lies in developing senior and middle management using personal coaching, team facilitation and development workshops, and has clients all around the UK and abroad.
Jon Webb explained his ‘surprise’ after finding out he won the award. He said: “I’m delighted. Clearly when we approach organisations with service excellence as part and parcel of our offer, it’s fantastic to be able to demonstrate that we practise what we preach and give excellent service ourselves”.
